Booking Policy

First-Come, First-Served Basis

Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not guarantee availability until a booking is secured with a deposit.

Holding a Date

We can hold a date for up to 48 hours while you confirm your booking. After this period, if the booking is not secured, the date will be released and made available to other customers.

Pricing & Location

All prices are tailored based on the location of your venue. Please contact us for a personalised quote.

How to Book

Customers must first confirm their required date is available.
We will then send out a booking form to be completed.
A booking is not confirmed until we receive both the completed booking form and a deposit of £200.

Payment Terms

The remaining balance is due approximately 4 weeks before the hire date.
Failure to make the final payment on time may result in the cancellation of your booking.
